"Lesson learned! This is the very reason we should never be hasty in crediting a person. After countless phones calls no response and or resolutions this has been a very trying and disappointing experience. It's insane how these insurance companies rob the mear customers who keep them in business. I contacted this office to make changes to my auto and renters policy in leiu of a residential move I planned to make the first of the year. My policy jumped from $321 dollars to 436.64. Im just having a hard time understanding how and why especially since I canceled all changes to the policy and decided to stay at the same residence .I have contacted this office several times trying to resolve this issue with no solution. Pam I am truly disappointed in your work with my case. Instead of explaining the changes you have been avoiding me and not accepting my phone calls. This has been a disaster..I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO SEEK ANY TYPE OF COVEGAGE FROM STATEFARM. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, MONEY AND HEADACHE THIS AGENCY WILL AND HAS CAUSED."
