"I had several changes in my auto insurance policy this past fall and was recently issued a new policy. I spoke with Michele Burgess, the Customer Service Manager, on several occasions regarding information received from the company. She was able to help me understand their communications, which were not always straightforward. She has a good working knowledge of company procedures and did not hesitate to contact the central office if necessary to get additional information. She is very calm and patient, takes the time to understand your concerns, and follows up diligently."
